After flash visit to ailing father, Manoj Bajpayee is back in Kerala shooting

Manoj Bajpayee is currently shooting with his favourite director Abhishek Choubey in one of his favourite parts of the country Kerala. But he is enjoying neither the shooting nor the venue.

“Dil nahin lagta,” he tells me from Kerala. “My father’s health is going from stable to unstable from day to day. I was there in Delhi last week. Now I am back shooting in Kerala. I’ll continue to visit my father in Delhi during every break in the shooting.”

In the meanwhile the Bajpayee patriarch is being well looked after. “My siblings are all there with him in Delhi. He is being looked after well under the supervision of Dr Anshuman at the Dharamshila Narayana Super speciality hospital in Delhi.”

Manoj has a brother and a sister, both are observing vigil by the patriarch’s bedside while Manoj attends to his performing duties.
