At hybrid office, Monday blues make way for vibrant Wednesdays

According to a survey conducted by Randstad India, around 71% of employees prefer flexible work hours and organisations that allow the option to work from home. Around 50%-55% percent of employees prefer working three days from the office. Viswanath PS, MD & CEO, Randstad India, says that at his company those days are: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
