As Anushka Ranjan turned a year older on October 1, several friends including Alia Bhatt, Vaani Kapoor and Sussanne Khan attended her birthday bash, which doubled up as her bridal shower. For the unversed, Anushka Ranjan is rumoured to be prepping for her wedding with actor Aditya Seal.

Taking to her Instagram handle, Anushka shared a picture with her girl gang and also thanked her sister, Akansha Ranjan, who hosted the party. Sharing the picture, Anushka wrote, “No one can mess with me.. look at the Angels protecting me always Thank you @akansharanjankapoor for literally being the best sister human kind has ever seen. I love you and I love all these stunning faces beyond! Missing the girls who couldn’t make it but thank you for being in my life ⭐️ @radhikatmalhotra @sabinasheema @doll_daks @bhavinisheth.”

Sussane also posted the same picture on her Instagram story and captioned it as, “N we kick start October bridal shower for this gorgeous doll @anushkaranjan.”

Aditya Seal, who is known for his role in Tum Bin 2, Student of the Year 2 and Indoo Ki Jawaani, also shared a few pictures with the birthday girl while confessing his love for her. One of the pictures from the party showed him kissing Anushka on the cheek. Sharing the pictures on his Instagram handle, Aditya wrote, “Happy birthday you over grown child..i dont say this enough but you’re the best thing to have ever happened to mankind..i love you to the farthest star and back..  to all your birthdays together @anushkaranjan.”
