Madhuri Dixit receives the second dose of COVID-19 vaccination

Among many celebrities, Madhuri Dixit is one of those who have received the COVID-19 vaccination. While the government’s mandate was to vaccinate people above 45 years of age, considering the current situation in the second wave, the government has lowered the age limit of the vaccination to 18 years. With the cases increasing on a daily basis, actors have been urging people to take vaccinations whenever available.

Madhuri Dixit took to her social media to share a picture of herself receiving the second dose of COVID-19 vaccination and has urged people to do the same. To those that fall in the age group advisable to take the vaccination, Madhuri Dixit addressed them and wrote, “Got my second jab today. I urge everyone to get vaccinated as soon as it's available to you. ???? #StayHomeStaySafe”
