CEOs and CXOs in India to get 6% pay hike in 2021: Aon survey

Excluding long-term incentives (LTI), the median CEO compensation in India ranges from Rs 15 crores for owner-promoter CEOs to Rs 3.63 crores at the Indian private companies.
