Priyanka Chopra Jonas reveals the ‘stupidest thing’ her mother asked when she was crowned as Miss World 2000

Priyanka Chopra Jonas was just 18 when she was crowned as Miss World 2000 and on marking 20 years of one of the biggest occasions of her life, she shared a small video where her mother Madhu Chopra and brother Siddharth Chopra are seen talking about the big day. The actress has become one of the biggest celebrities to have made her name in Bollywood as well as Hollywood and has her first autobiography, ‘Unfinished’, under works.

Taking to her Instagram, she shared the video where Madhu Chopra is seen discussing her reaction to Priyanka’s big win while Siddharth recalled how he was worried about going to the USA for his further studies. The highlight, however, was when Priyanka Chopra Jonas asked her mother to repeat the stupidest thing that she told her after her win. Madhu says, “I had tears streaming down my eyes and I did not know what to do, I just needed to hug her. And when I hugged her, I said the stupidest thing. Instead of telling her I’m so glad and so happy that she won Miss World, I asked her, ‘Babe, what’s going to happen with your studies?’”.
